- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

The cancellation policies outlined below apply exclusively to bookings that have been paid for in advance using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal. If your booking was not prepaid through these methods you don’t have to worry about refunds, just let us know in advance if you want to cancel your ride.
Cancellation by Customer (24 hours in Advance):
Customers who cancel at least 24 hour before the tour are eligible for a 50% refund. The remaining 50% will be retained for administrative and operational costs.
Cancellation by Customer (Within 24 hours):
No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hour of the scheduled tour date, including no-shows on the day of the tour.
No-Show:
If you fail to show up for the tour without prior notice, the full amount paid is non-refundable.
Cancellation by the Company (Weather/Safety Issues):
In cases of weather or safety concerns, the Company may cancel the tour. You will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Cancellation by the Company (Operational Reasons):
If the Company cancels the tour for operational reasons, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
Rescheduling (Up to 7 Days in Advance):
You can reschedule your tour up to 7 days before the scheduled date, subject to availability. Rescheduling is non-refundable.
Force Majeure:
In cases of natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseeable events, the Company is not responsible for cancellations but will offer a rescheduling option or refund at its discretion.
Non-Refundable Deposits:
Any required deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation timing. Remaining balances may be refunded according to the policy.
Policy Changes:
The Company reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy. Any changes will be communicated to customers via email or website updates.
